Controller
The controller responsible for processing personal data on this website is Hannes Reichelt, Glanerweg 6, 5550 Radstadt. You can reach us at office@athletes-camp.com; full details are in the legal notice.
No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not load content or fonts from third-party servers. There are no third-party advertising or analytics services.
If you choose the light design, your browser remembers this choice in local storage (localStorage, entry “theme”). This information never leaves your device and can be deleted at any time in your browser settings.
Hosting and server logs
The website runs on a server in a data centre in the European Union. When you visit it, the server processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time, requested address and browser identifier in order to deliver the page and protect it against misuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Camp request, contact form and e-mail
When you contact us via the camp request, the contact form or by e-mail, we use your details (for the request: category, training group, focus, FIS points range and year of birth; plus name and e-mail address, optionally phone and message) to answer your enquiry about the Athlete's Camp and to prepare your participation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep them as long as necessary for this and any follow-up questions and delete them unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Messages sent via the forms are delivered to our mailbox through the service Lettermint (servers in the EU); Lettermint processes the data on our behalf.
To protect against spam, the server keeps the IP address in memory for no more than 30 minutes in order to limit too many submissions from the same address. It is not stored and not linked to your request.
Links to social networks and partners
Links to Instagram, Facebook and our partners are simple links. Only when you click one does your browser open the external site – the privacy policy of that provider applies there.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Simply send us an e-mail.
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – in Austria, the Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
